By accessing or using FPVBase ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. What FPVBase is
FPVBase is a community-driven platform for FPV pilots, builders, and makers to find, share, and improve resources made for FPV — 3D-printable parts, CAD files, CNC designs, and other community-made resources.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Browsing, searching, and downloading do not require an account and have no age restriction beyond general applicable law.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when creating your account. One account per person. We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines — see our Moderation Policy for details.
4. Content you publish
- You own what you create. Models, images, descriptions, comments, and other content you upload remain your property.
- You grant us a license. By publishing content, you grant FPVBase a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and make it available for other users to view and download, for as long as your content or account remains on the platform.
- You are responsible for your content. You confirm you have the necessary rights to upload and share it (e.g., it does not infringe someone else's copyright, patent, or trademark), and that it complies with our Community Guidelines.
- Downloaded files are for personal, non-commercial use unless the creator explicitly states otherwise. Sharing a file on FPVBase does not automatically grant others commercial rights to it.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not use FPVBase to publish illegal, infringing, or harmful content, harass other users, spam, or attempt to bypass our moderation or security systems (including automated content checks). See our Community Guidelines for details.
6. Moderation
We use a combination of automated checks and human moderation to keep the platform safe. Content or accounts violating these Terms may be restricted, have content removed, or be permanently banned from publishing/commenting, as described in our Moderation Policy. Reported content and moderation decisions are reviewed by moderators; see our procedure for contesting a decision.
7. Disclaimer
FPVBase is provided "as is". We do not review every file for build quality, safety, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use shared files at your own risk — always inspect, test, and use your own judgment before printing and flying with any part downloaded from this platform. We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use of content shared on FPVBase.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FPVBase and its publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. This is permanent and cannot be undone. See our Privacy Policy for details on what happens to your data and content.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of FPVBase after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
